Information for Suppliers
Dear Supplier,
In order to fulfil the requirement 8.4.3 of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, we hereby inform you of Sentinel’s requirements to guarantee the quality and conformity of the products and services we receive. We therefore inform you that:
- An initial assessment is carried out to select and approve all suppliers;
- The performance of all suppliers is monitored and evaluated on an annual basis.
To this end, the evaluation takes into account 5 parameters:
- Quality
- Payment terms
- Response times
- Delivery times
- Price level
Suppliers are classified into three categories:
- A – Preferred supplier (Score ≥ 15)
- B – Sufficient supplier (8 ≤ Score ≥ 14)
- C – Risk supplier (7 ≤ Score)
Orders from suppliers with a lower score, classified in category C, will be suspended and a reassessment will be carried out after 6 months.
