We therefore inform you that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>An initial assessment is carried out to select and approve all suppliers;<\/li>\n<li>The performance of all suppliers is monitored and evaluated on an annual basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To this end, the evaluation takes into account 5 parameters:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Quality<\/li>\n<li>Payment terms<\/li>\n<li>Response times<\/li>\n<li>Delivery times<\/li>\n<li>Price level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Suppliers are classified into three categories:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>A &#8211; Preferred supplier (Score \u2265 15)<\/li>\n<li>B &#8211; Sufficient supplier (8 \u2264 Score \u2265 14)<\/li>\n<li>C &#8211; Risk supplier (7 \u2264 Score)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Orders from suppliers with a lower score, classified in category C, will be suspended and a reassessment will be carried out after 6 months.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>*If you are ISO 9001:2015 certified, please send us a copy of your current certificate.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Information for Suppliers Dear Supplier, In order to fulfil the requirement 8.4.3 of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, we hereby inform you of Sentinel&#8217;s requirements to guarantee the quality and conformity of the products and services we receive.
